What is Extended DISC®?
Extended DISC®is one of the top 5 behavior assessment tools used by individuals, teams and organizations around the world to enhance individual and organizational performance.
- While other personality & behavioral type assessments examine only the “CONSCIOUS” level of an individual’s behavior (ex: What I think about myself and how I want to behave), Extended DISC examines the UNCONSCIOUS BEHAVIOR of an individual – their most natural way of responding to a stimulus or situation.
- This helps us understand and then accurately predict why and how we (or another individual) will respond to a specific situation or problem.
