- What is the purpose of the Balance Sheet
- How to read and interpret the Balance Sheet

Evening Session 3 (Thur, 18th Aug): Introduction to Cash Flow management
- Understanding how the Income Statement (P&L) and Balance Sheet interact
- Understanding the purpose of cash flow forecasts and cash flow planning

Intensive Day 1 (Thur, 25th Aug): Developing competency in Financial Management (Part 1)
- Steps to pepare P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Forecasts
- Understand the importance of managing cash flow
- Working Capital Management: Understand the impacts on working capital in the business
- Success keys for effective working capital management

Intensive Day 2 (Fri, 26th Aug): Developing competency in Financial Management (Part 2)
- Competency Assessment Task: Prepare 6 monthly Profit & Loss Statement for the business
- Competency Assessment Task: Prepare and present ways to improve working capital management in the business
- Effective tools for improving business profitability
