<p>It’s simple.</p>

<li><strong>STEP 1:</strong> Each individual on the team must first complete the 15-minute online <strong>Extended DISC</strong><strong><sup>®</sup> Personal Analysis Questionnaire.</strong></li>
<li><strong>STEP 2:</strong> FNC will receive the personalized <strong>Extended DISC</strong><strong><sup>®</sup> Personal Analysis Report for each individual,</strong> which explains his/her most natural behavior style and highlights and action plan to enhance job performance. FNC will forward copies of these reports to the designated Company/ client representative.</li>
<li><strong>STEP 3: </strong>A certified FNC consultant will arrange a group interpretation session so that each individual can interpret and understand their results.</li>

<li><strong>STEP 5:</strong> A certified FNC team member will <strong>meet with top management to discuss the best next steps to interpret, share and use team results to improve team and individual performance at work.</strong></li>
