Marjie Benadum, Partnership Coordinator at Mercy Medical Center
In our efforts to empower our Cambodian department leaders at MMC, we have been sending them to various modules of the management training at Future Now.
The result has been fantastic.Ā Each of these staff leaders has discovered new ideas for organizing their departments and encouraging their staff members to participate with ideas of their own. Already, we can see that things are running more smoothly. They have been excited to run regular department meetings, and we can see relationships beingĀ strengthened. Also, the leaders who have done this training together have a bond as fellow students. We see them encouraging each other and sharing ideas!
The Future Now training takes a wholistic approach which includes personal development as well as management training. We see that this combination is crucial for success. We are so very glad to have Future Now in Cambodia!
Dr. Eng Lykuong (Owner of Master Care Dental Clinic, Phnom Penh)
"Initially, I thought that all the course outline was good but I didn't believe it possible. So I just wanted to try out for the first Module. After joining the first Module, I plan to enroll for the whole other 9 Modules because it is done in a clear and short amount of time where I am a busy person can make time for it. I don't think I waste my time attending this MA program."
Ms. Touch Mompounnary, Assistant Manager at Camory Cafe
"It's a great program I've ever experienced. In class, I had a translator, facilitator who helps me learn after the explanation and teaching from the trainer. It was done in a precise method and was relevant to my workplace. I am able to present what I learn from the class to my workplace."
Mr. Keo Visay, project manager (Web Essentials, Phnom Penh)
"It is very interesting and practical program. There's a workshop time in class where I could get involved in. I could learn from real example and relate to the life of my current business. The class environment was good that enabled me to learn. Training material and supplies were adequate. I generally like it and want to continue on with next Modules."
