Future Now Enterprises Co. Ltd was established in January 2009 by Mark and Jo Dennert (Australian citizens).
Future Now Cambodia is committed to helping people realize their potential in life – to build the life of their dreams and make a difference to the world around them.
We provide a range of professional development programs, specialized training, mentoring and consulting services for the SME sector in Cambodia.
Our core services can add value to corporations, not-for-profits and small-medium enterprises alike.

Mr. Mark Dennert
Mark is a qualified civil engineer, passing with 1st class honours and has worked as a project manager for over 8 years in the areas of civil infrastructure, underground tunneling and water /sewerage. Mark has also experience in ministry, growing up as a pastor’s child & being involved in various roles of leadership, including young pastor, mission pastor and a s an elder/board member.
Since 2006, Mark has been working in Cambodia providing organizational and business owner training, small –medium enterprise (SME) development, specialist consulting services, and last year he took on the role of General Manager for StopStart Enterprise Co. Ltd (a manufacturing business employing approximately 60 staff).
Mrs. Jo Dennert
Jo was born in Melbourne, Australia to a Singaporean mother and an Australian-born-Chinese father.
Jo holds a Bachelor of Arts (Social Science) degree, Advanced Cert in Child & Youth Work, & Cert IV in Christian Counselling & Family Therapy. Her work experience as a social worker/trainer & counsellor in Australia has ranged from working in a women’s refuge to young people at risk to families in crisis. Her last job before coming to live in Cambodia in 2006 (previous trips in 2002 & 2004) was working in the Melbourne Magistrate’s Court as a Family Violence Worker. She has also trained in parenting skills over a number of years.
With her understanding of cross-cultural communication & nearly 10 years of working with people in crisis, Jo has been able to integrate her valuable skills, knowledge & experience to help individuals/couples grow into healthy human beings both in Australia and in Cambodia.
Ms. Karen Genzink
Karen recently joined the FNC team in October, 2010. Karen is from Holland, Michigan in the USA, and has a bachelor’s degree in International Development Studies from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, MI. For three summers, Karen worked with The Southwestern Company as a direct salesperson and student manager in both New York and Minnesota. In 2009, she came to Cambodia to work with the International Justice Mission (IJM) as an intern, and developed a Church Relations Program to engage local Christians in IJM’s work against sex trafficking. Karen is excited about the opportunities she has with FNC to empower young men and women financially, personally and spiritually through business.
Mr. Phally Yeun
Phally is from Kompong Spue province. He recently joins FNC in January, 2012. He holds two bachelor degrees, one is in Business Administration and the other is in English Literature. He’s got a lot of experience in translation and working with people from different background and the disadvantaged ones. His previous job was working with Destiny Rescue Cambodia to help vulnerable people free themselves from poverty. Phally also has experience in church ministry such as communication with other churches oversea and leadership role. He used to attend leadership training in Australia for a few times. Being born from non-business family, Phally is really desperate to bring the difference because he is touched by a statement by John Mason that “You were born an original. Don’t die a copy”
Mr. Virak Yang
Virak graduated in Hotel & Tourism Management at Cambodian University for Specialties in 2009. He joins with FNC since March, 2008 as a Training Coordinator. Since then he’s move to various position in organization. And now he’s taking the role of Facilities Manager as well as Media & IT Coordinator.
Virak has over 3 years of work experience in IT & online communication, translation & interpretation (English to Khmer and Khmer to English), and facilitating seminar & training program.
He specializes in Video editing (Sony Vegas 10 & Adobe After Effect), Desktop Publishing (Photoshop), WordPress, Blogger, Facebook Page, Facebook App Developer, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Google AdSense, Online Marketing, Social Network Marketing, Google Analytic, Facebook Landing Page.
Mr. Sophak Ann
Sophak is a student in Computer Science at Cambodian Mekong University. He joined with FNC since January, 2010 as a three months first he got to do admin & IT assistant. Then he’s move to other position that specificity to IT & Media assistant.
Sophak has over 1 year of work experience in IT, Online communication, Computer Maintenance, Desktop Publishing.
He specializes in Video Editing (Sony Vegas 10), Desktop Publishing (Photoshop CS5, Illustrator CS5, Core Draw and others), Web Design & Developer (Dreamweaver CS5, Adobe Flash CS5, PHP, JavaScript, J Query and MySQL). Database (Access), Word Press, Blogger, Facebook Page, Facebook App Developer, Twitter, Google+, YouTube and others Social Network.
Ms. Sorphorn Seam
Sorphorn is studying Finance and Banking at Cambodia Mekong University. She join with FNC since March, 2011 as a Admin Asistant / Receptionist.
Sorphorn has been working here almost one year in the field of Administration, Finance and Customer Relation.
